Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that a product can be damaged during shipment. If that happens, Please email customer service immediately within 7 days of your purchase to help@blackvelvetcandles.com for a full refund/exchange.

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are allowing returns for all purchases within 7 days of purchase as long as the products are not used and/or damaged. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please reach out If you want to return your products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items or gift cards

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received  your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
