RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are allowing returns for all purchases within 7 days of purchase as long as the products are not used and/or damaged. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please reach out If you want to return your products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT leave your candle lit for more than 4 hours.
KEEP OUT of the reach of children, pets, and drafts. Drafts makes the candle burn unevenly which creates unwanted soot and an overheated Jar.
NEVER leave a candle unattended or near anything that may catch on fire such as curtains, draperies, decorations, blinds, bedding, papers and books, and decor.
TRIM your candle's wick to ¼ inch each time before burning. This allows your candle to last longer and burn cleaner. No one likes soot!
Do not leave a candle burning overnight / using it as a night light.
If the candle gets too hot, please turn it off and light it another time.
When there is approximately 1 1/2” of wax left in the bottom of your candle it's time to stop burning. You can use a wax melter and melt the remainder wax.
